Admission to National Amosov Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery follows the approved Procedure, as specified in the joint order of the Ministry of Health and National Acardemy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine No. 967/58 dated August 28, 2017, and requires a correctly filled referral form for hospitalization (consultation).

For planned hospitalization (operative intervention), it is necessary to obtain a consultative opinion, which can be acquired following a consultation at our Consultative Polyclinic.
